What if my payment arrives short?
Underpaid orders are held rather than cancelled. We contact you to settle the small difference or refund you entirely — your call.
What if the transfer fails?
Full refund, in the same crypto you paid, to an address you control — usually within 24 hours. That's the guarantee on every order, no exceptions.
Do you sell followers or engagement?
No. We sell the name. Some handles come with an existing audience and that's disclosed on the listing, but the product here is the username itself.
Where do your usernames come from?

Can I sell you my username?

Why did prices disappear from Telegram?
The store no longer operates on Telegram at all. Everything — catalog, checkout, support — lives here on buyusernames.at.
Do you offer escrow or a middleman?
For standard orders you don't need one — we hold the name, you watch the transfer happen. For high-value private deals we're happy to work with a reputable third-party middleman of your choice.
Can I return a username after the transfer?
No. Once a name sits on your account the sale is final — which is also your protection: we never claw back or resell a transferred name.
