Full refund — always
If we cannot complete the transfer of the username you paid for, you receive a full refund: the entire amount, in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you control. Typically within 24 hours of the failed transfer.
Expired reservations
If your payment never confirms and your reservation expires, there is nothing to refund — no funds moved. If a payment lands after expiry, contact us with your order ID and we'll either complete the sale (if the name is still available) or return the payment.
Partial payments
Underpaid orders are held, not cancelled. We'll contact you to settle the difference or refund the partial amount — your choice.
After a completed transfer
Once the username is under your control the sale is final and not refundable. This is also your protection as a buyer: a transferred name is never clawed back or resold.
