What we collect
When you buy: the email and contact handle you enter at checkout, your order details, and the payment status reported by our crypto payment processor. When you send an inquiry: whatever you write in the form. That's the list.
What we don't collect
No accounts, no passwords, no card numbers (payments happen on the processor's hosted page), no advertising trackers, no selling of data to anyone, ever.
How it's used
To complete your transfer, to contact you about your order or inquiry, and to keep required financial records. Transactional email is sent through our email provider; payment processing happens at our payment processor — each receives only what they need to do their job.
Retention and your rights
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and dispute handling. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data (where not legally required to be retained) by messaging @BuyUsernames on Telegram.
