Terms of Service

buyusernames.at ("the store", "we") sells social media usernames held by the store at the moment of listing. We sell the transfer of control of a username to your account. We do not sell followers, engagement, or verification unless explicitly stated on a listing.

Starting a checkout reserves the listed username for a limited time, shown at checkout. If payment does not confirm within the window, the reservation expires and the name returns to the market. Prices are in USD; the crypto amount is fixed by the payment processor at invoice time.

Transfers are performed manually, with you present, after payment confirms. You are responsible for securing the account (email, phone, password) immediately after the transfer completes. Once the username is under your control, the sale is final.

If we cannot complete a transfer, you receive a full refund in the cryptocurrency you paid with — see the refund policy. Refunds are not available after a completed transfer.

Social platforms may restrict account or username transfers in their own terms of service. You acknowledge this risk. We conduct transfers with care, but we do not control the platforms and are not liable for actions they take after a completed transfer.

You may not use purchased usernames for impersonation, fraud, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. We refuse sales at our discretion, including where we suspect abuse.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We provide the service "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
